The client and the challenge

Portable Winch is a company specializing in portable winches and accessories. Pulling winches are mainly used for hunting, forestry and with off-road vehicles. Axial’s mandate was to migrate the client’s current website, while consolidating the tools and technologies it used in order to offer it greater autonomy and reduce its monthly costs.

The objectives

The solution

Migrating the Magento website to Shopify gave the client the autonomy they sought in addition to cutting costs related to managing and maintaining their platform. Also, by integrating Active Campaign, an all-in-one tool, with Shopify made it possible to replace both the CRM, the chat tool and the client’s email marketing tool. It was a great way to centralize, reduce costs as well as the learning curve!

Contact cleansing, a better email communication strategy and the automations deployed have significantly increased the emailing and overall conversion performance, in addition to reducing the effort required by the Portable Winch team to ensure good communication with its customers.
